退貨及退款政策

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)   退款 (如適用)

When we receive the returned product, we will notify you through email or phone call. After the inspection, we will inform you whether the products meet the return criteria.


If the product meets the return criteria, the payment will be refunded to your credit card or the payment instrument you used to purchase the product, which usually takes days.

當我們收到退貨貨品後,並會通知您貨品已接收。經檢查後會通知您貨品是否乎合退貨標準。


如果貨品乎合退貨標準,我們會把款項退到您的信用卡或您購買該貨品時所用的付款工具,這程序一般需時數天處理。

DELAY OR LOSS REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)   延遲或遺失退款 (如適用)

If you have not received the refund, please re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for the refund to be shown in the bank statement.

Only regular price items can be refunded, all discounted, promotional or all limited edition items can not be exchanged or refunded.

退款服務只限於所有以正價出售的貨品,所有折扣、促銷或限量版貨品均不能更換或退款。
